Any unused backpack or accessory can be returned for a refund, minus the shipping cost, up to 14 days after you take delivery of the goods.

We use highly waterproof coated fabrics and anti-wicking thread to reduce water ingress, but we do not tape the seams. Therefore some water may ingress into the pack during periods of extended rain. we recommend that you use a waterproof pack liner like those sold in our accessories to protect your gear from moisture.
