1. Introduction

We ship Neutrinogear products worldwide using trusted courier services including UPS, DPD, and Royal Mail. The shipping cost for your order is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms set out in this policy.

2. Processing times

We aim to dispatch all accessories within two weeks of your order being placed. All pack orders are currently subject to a lead time, which is displayed on the top banner of our website at the time of ordering. Please note that lead times refer to the time required to prepare your order and do not include shipping transit time once the order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery times

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the courier service and destination. These timeframes are estimates only and begin from the point of dispatch, not from the date of order. Typical delivery estimates are one to two days for UK deliveries, one to five days for deliveries to the United States, one to five days for deliveries within Europe, and approximately ten days or longer for the rest of the world.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched and you will find a tracking link your account page.

4. Remote locations

In some cases, orders being delivered to remote or less accessible locations may incur an additional shipping charge. If this applies, we will calculate and apply any additional fee at the time of dispatch and notify you accordingly.

5. Taxes, VAT and Customs charges

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) on our website unless otherwise stated. If you are browsing from outside the UK, you may be given the option to view prices in your local currency.

All international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by their local authorities or courier services.

For all international orders, customs charges may be applied when the package reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order. We strongly recommend that you check your country’s import regulations before placing an order, as these fees can vary significantly.

As a general guide, import charges may be approximately twenty-five percent of the total order value including shipping, although this is only an estimate and not a guarantee.

Orders shipped to the United States and the European Union may be shipped under Delivered Duty Paid arrangements where applicable, meaning that duties and taxes may be included in the final checkout price to improve delivery speed and reduce customs delays. This will be clearly indicated at checkout where relevant.

For shipments to Australia, goods valued under AUD1000 generally do not incur import duties or taxes at the border, although this may be subject to change in accordance with local regulations.

6. Delivery and missed deliveries

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery at the provided address. If a delivery is missed or refused and subsequently returned to us as undeliverable, you may be charged for the cost of re-delivery.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information and any communication from the courier service to ensure smooth delivery. If you know in advance that you will not be available to receive your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to adjust the dispatch timing where feasible. Once your order has been shipped, you may be able to manage delivery options directly through the courier’s tracking portal.
