2. SECURE PAYMENTS
Neutrinogear processes all payments securely via Woo Payments, Stripe and PayPal. Your information is encrypted using SSL technology to protect it from unauthorised access. Our store is PCI DSS compliant, meaning it meets recognised industry standards for secure card handling.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is the property of Neutrinogear or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided Neutrinogear is credited. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
4. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
5. Orders and Acceptance
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
- After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email (this is not acceptance)
- A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues).
6. Prices and Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
- Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
If a pricing error occurs:
- If the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount
- If higher, we will contact you before processing your order
For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Delivery
- We will deliver goods to the address provided at checkout
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
- Risk passes to you upon delivery
If we fail to deliver within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed), you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
8. Consumer Rights (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If your item is faulty:
- You have the right to reject it within 30 days for a full refund
- After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement
- If unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction
9. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (for non-custom items).
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- Original delivery costs will be refunded (standard delivery only)
Exceptions:
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items unless faulty.
10. Returns
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service
11. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, accidental damage or modifications
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of your statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply.
